Where is dpd in leeds

DPD provides express parcel delivery throughout the UK and worldwide. DPD, your delivery experts. Today your driver Patryck made no attempt to ring our door bell or enter our property. Instead he tried to leave my parcel with a neighbour My wife and I were in our car on our drive.

The driver said the parcel was for us but he refused to give it to us, he continued to knock on our neighbours door. The reason I mention this is because on another occassion I received a text to say a parcel had been delivered by the same driver from the same supplier but there was no sign of it and no one had rung our bell, which can be heard all over the house.

On that occassion both my wife and I were in which was blatantly obvious by the two cars on our drive. I have just been to my neigbours to collect todays parcel which was damaged. Can you please ensure this man rings our door bell in future or I will cancel my business with my supplier and tell them why.

Rang customer services to be told they do not expect drivers to use the internet or google maps to find an address and no he would not get feedback about choosing a random house to photograph. Do not use if you can avoid - a pigeon would be less incompetent. Related searches:. DPD are rubbish 1. Appalling liars. Say repeatedly that they have attempted delivery when they haven't.

Pros its a job. Cons Work into Christmas day, and out of New years day. Yes No. DPD is a joke! Do not work for them. They charge you for everything but if you ask them for help there is no answer. Never again. Pros Nothing. Cons Long hours. Your hours are cut at a 2 min brief in hub. They are now so desperate they take drivers back who have left and give them the longest runs..

No loyalty whatsoever they can change it just like that to 8 hours.. Pros Life assurance. You will need it. Cons All of it. Being in the depo was worst part of the job.. Rate your recent company Share your experience to help others. A rubbish place to work.

Yes There are 17 helpful reviews 17 No. Pros none. Cons all. Yes There are 9 helpful reviews 9 No. The job itself is hard work and very fast paced, the unsociable hours can also take its toll, but it's typical of the industry and isn't a fault of DPD. Shift Managers and Supervisors are usually great to get along with, but any management above them are an absolute joke. They're the first to point the finger if something goes wrong like a belt failure or any other form of delay, but won't get their hands dirty to help out either.

They instead sit on their backsides thinking of how much more they can make cuts to the budget. Organisation is very poor. Management also promise promotion and progression, but it's simply just to dangle the carrot to stay quiet and carry on working. The pay is also very good for the industry, it's about the only good thing going for DPD, and the only good pointer anybody I have worked with has said.

I met some great people whilst working here, but senior management need to pull their finger out. Pros Decent Pay.
